The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center Convention Center and Arena is the exclusive provider of equipment, utilities, and food and beverage for exhibitor events at our facility. Information on payments and ordering can be found in our Exhibitor Packet. This packet includes information on operation policies and procedures, food and beverage policies and all of the order forms you will need to exhibit at our Convention Center. This information will assist you in planning your event and in communicating with our staff. We have developed these policies and procedures to ensure that your event will be as safe and successful as possible.
Of course, not all situations will be covered in this guide, and some may need special consideration by management. Any questions regarding policies and procedures not included here can be directed to our Event Services department. We will be glad to clarify any information.

Exhibitor FAQ
Items included with booth rentals vary from event to event. Our standard setup for exhibitor booths is (1) One 8-Foot Skirted Table, (2) Two Chairs, and (1) One Waste Basket. Additional items requested may incur an additional charge.
Our exhibitor packet above includes all of the exhibitor services offered at our venue. To request services for your booth, please fill out the request form in the Exhibitor Packet and email it back to us.
The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center complex offers guests free WiFi access through our Midco network. No password is required.
If an exhibitor plans to plug in any items at their booth (computer, TV, signage, etc.), they will need to pay the electrical rate. The electrical rate is charged per show, not per day.
Our venue does not provide cleaning services for vendor booths, but our staff will go through and pick up trash and lost items at the end of each day.
Although our Convention Center rents many items and services, exhibitors are welcome to brings their own linens, skirting, power cords, carpet, etc. for their booth.
Anything an exhibitor may need for their booth that is not provided within our optional exhibitor rentals can be ordered from a third-party company or brought in by the exhibitor. Examples may include carpet squares, tall bar chairs, etc.
Our standard tables come with white linens and black skirting.
Depending on the event you may be exhibiting at, there may or may not be carpeting. Many of the large trade shows held at our venue are not carpeted. Please inquire with us about your specific event if you are unsure.
Our banquet chairs are the height of a standard table. We do not offer any tall chairs or bar stools for rental.
To pay for services through our Convention Center, exhibitors may mail a check or pay via credit card.

Items may be sent one week prior to the event move-in date and will be stored in the facility shipping/receiving area on the loading dock. Our staff will place them in your booth. All shipping needs must be coordinated by the exhibitor.
To ensure all guests are safe and do not drive under the influence, we do allow cars to be parked overnight at our facility. We ask that any vehicles parked overnight be removed prior to 7am the next day to allow space for other events, and to avoid being towed. Towing of vehicles left unattended overnight are subject to the owner’s expense.
In order to service disabled patrons, Denny Sanford PREMIER Center reserves seating for patrons with visual, hearing, and mobility impairments. In order to better serve you, we ask that you please identify any needs you may have. The KELOLAND Box Office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am – 5pm, and Events Days at 12pm, to answer any questions. You may also obtain information by calling (605) 367-7288.
