Policy Statement:
ASM Global - Sioux Falls strives to provide all patrons with an equal opportunity to participate in all services, programs, and activities. This includes those patrons with accessible needs resulting from physical or mental disabilities. In order to achieve an equal opportunity for all patrons, ASM Global - Sioux Falls has implemented policies and procedures which have heightened awareness of the needs of individuals with disabilities as outlined in the text of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
A limited number of assistive listening devices are available for patrons to check out during events. A valid driver's license is required to check out these devices. For more information, please contact us.
Denny Sanford PREMIER Center will provide interpreters to assist deaf or hearing impaired patrons at no cost. All requests for interpreters must be provided to the Administrative Office at least thirty (30) days prior to the event by calling (605) 367-7288.

All accessible seating locations will provide a clear line of sight viewing of shows and events. All accessible seating positions will be exclusively reserved for patrons who are wheelchair users or have severe physical limitations. Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Companion seats – These seats are available in all accessible seating areas. Our box office staff will work to accommodate your companions to the best of their ability based on group size and surrounding inventory.
